General

No Brand logo at any time can change the terms that govern your use of our online shop. Your use of our online shop following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.


Product Information  

All No Brand Logo products are available on our online shop only and can be purchased in the United States only at this time. Prices displayed on the online shop are quoted in U.S Dollars only. All No Brand Logo products are made in the U.S.A 


Delivery 

Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. Please allow up to 1 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 weeks, please notify us by either email at help@nobrandlogo.com. You will receive an email from  when your order has been confirmed.


PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are shipped USA FedEx Ground and USPS. Rates are calculated through FedEx and USPS calculator. International orders are shipped using FedEx International services. No Brand Logo doesn't offer a flat international shipping rate. As a result, international customers should inquiry about the cost to ship No Brand Logo products to them. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Currently all No Brand Logo products are limited. As a result, we will notify all customers if any products are sold out. We will restock certain products base on the demand of that particular product. 


RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS.  EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be email to help@nobrandlogo.com within two days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must in their ORIGINAL packaging, in as-new condition and not DAMAGE with the original printed receipt in order to returned. Please contact us at 313-985-5615 if you have any questions.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include either an Fedex tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime on Fedex.com.
