Online Shop Information

  • All No Brand Logo products are available on our online shop only.
  • Currently, we are shipping to customers within the USA only.
  • Prices displayed on the online shop are quoted in U.S Dollars only.
  • Rest assured, all No Brand Logo products are proudly made in the U.S.A.


Shipping Information:

  • Shipping Availability: For the remainder of the 2023 calendar year, No Brand Logo will only offer shipping to the United States (including territories) and Canada (all provinces and territories).
  • Shipping Timeframe: Purchased items will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
  • Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include either a FedEx or USPS tracking number for your package.
  • Tracking and Status: You may check the status of your order at any time on FedEx.com and USPS.com.
  • Signature Tracking Service: Customers who want signature tracking service for their order can opt for a $7 shipping fee (applies to USA customers only). This is for those who prefer not to leave their package unattended at their front door.
  • Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped using FedEx and USPS. Rates are calculated through the FedEx and USPS calculator.
  • International Orders to Canada: All international orders to Canada will come with tracking and signature service shipping only.
  • Free Shipping: Customers can receive free shipping by using the discount code located on our Updates Page.

 

Customs Duties and Brokerage Fees:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by their respective countries. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for more information on potential fees and regulations.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are available within 10 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability in our existing stock.
  • To request an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "No Brand Logo Exchange." In the email, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the product exchange.
  • The exchanged product must be returned in its original packaging, in as-new condition, without any damage (e.g., marks, stains, holes, etc.).
  • Please include the original receipt with the returned product.

  • Product pages will clearly indicate if a product is sold out.
  • Restocking of certain products may be considered based on demand.
