General

No Brand logo at any time can change the terms that govern your use of our online shop. Your use of our online shop following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

Product Information

All No Brand Logo products are available on our online shop only and can be purchased in the United States only at this time. Prices displayed on the online shop are quoted in U.S Dollars only. All No Brand Logo products are made in the U.S.A

Delivery

Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify us by either email at help@nobrandlogo.com. You will receive an email from when your order has been confirmed. Starting on September 1, 2019 all United States customers who place an order will be asked "Do you want signature service?" before your item is shipped. This is only for customers who do not want to leave their package unattended at their front door.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are shipped using FedEx and USPS. Rates are calculated through FedEx and USPS calculator. International orders are shipped using USPS, however tracking stops after your package leaves the United States. Please email us if you want to use Fedex to deliver your international package. No Brand Logo does offer a flat-rate for international shipping. We use first-class international Package® from USPS. We cannot track a package after the package leaves the United States. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Currently all No Brand Logo products are limited. As a result, we will notify all customers if any products are sold out. We will restock certain products base on the demand of that particular product.

RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be email to help@nobrandlogo.com within two days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must in their ORIGINAL packaging, in as-new condition and not DAMAGE with the original printed receipt in order to returned. Please contact us at 313-844-0130 if you have any questions.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?
nobrandlogo.com accepts Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa credit and debit cards.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include either an Fedex or USPS tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime on Fedex.com and USPS.com
